If you choose to ship your BlackBerry® to us for a repair please print and fill out the mail-in form with your contact information and a brief description of the issue your BlackBerry® is having. Please DO NOT send your sim card, battery, sd card or battery door. Once the issue has been diagnosed with your BlackBerry®, one of our technicians will be in contact with you with an update and repair course of action. Please send all broken BlackBerry®s to:

Had a Blackberry 9700 and the sim reader malfunctioned and broke off one of the contact pins and wasnt able to read sim cards. Tony was able to fix my BB 9700 in no time. Within 45 minutes my BB was ready for pick up. Must of been a lucky day to be first in line? nope its because Tony is great even when I first called he gave amazing customer service through the phone and even better when the BB9700 was back to working perfect. The technician illustrated the required solution- a replacement trackball/keypad combination part specific to my model. Works good as new now, and the repair by technician/manager Tony took less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend

He was wonderful taking the time to work the issue and find that it may not be a trackpad issue at all. Highly recommend him for any blackberry repairs. I'm happy with his service.

Tony's a varsity player. Today--a Sunday--he had me back on the street with a repaired Bold 9000 in less than 30 minutes after I arrived at his shop. A few months ago he returned next day a fully repaired BB I overnighted to him with a nonfunctioning track ball. He understands and respects our need for speed. He also is a great resource on the relative merits of different BB models.

Thank you Thank you!!!! After getting no assistance from TMobile or Blackberry, These guys fixed my cracked screen in 30 minutes. A week later we brought (what we thought) was another dead blackberry in and again, 30 minutes, fixed, upgraded and ready to go!!!
