We are large enough to handle all repairs and small enough to provide personal attention.
Our repairs are included but not limited to; liquid damage recovery, repair or replacement of power switch, battery connector, charging port, keypad board, sim chip connector, microphone, volume switch, vibrator, broken glass/digitizer, broken screen (LCD) replacement, speaker, ring tone buzzer, trackball, jog wheel and much more.
If you choose to ship your BlackBerry® or iPhone to us for a repair please print and fill out the mail-in form with your contact information and a brief description of the issue your BlackBerry® or iPhone is having. Please DO NOT send your sim card, battery, sd card or battery door. Once the issue has been diagnosed with your BlackBerry® or iPhone, one of our technicians will be in contact with you with an update and repair solution. Please send all units to:

When I called for an estimate, I got an actual estimate - a range of $60 - $80 to fix my blackberry issue. I showed up at the address, was asked to sign a paper letting the guys poke around my BB, and left to wait for an answer. Within an hour I got an email to come back. When I arrived, my BB was operational, with all its data intact. The final bill was on the low end of the estimated range: $65.31 including sales tax. I paid and walked out a very happy customer.

i have used fixyourberry twice to replace smashed screens. they are incredibly fast (under 10 minutes), professional, affordable, and convenient especially to those in NYC. i highly recommend Tony and this company for any Blackberry user in need of help. they can really save the day, and in my opinion a better option than handset insurance.

Had a Blackberry 9700 and the sim reader malfunctioned and broke off one of the contact pins and wasnt able to read sim cards. Tony was able to fix my BB 9700 in no time. Within 45 minutes my BB was ready for pick up. Must of been a lucky day to be first in line? nope its because Tony is great even when I first called he gave amazing customer service through the phone and even better when the BB9700 was back to working perfect. Thanks!
